Enthusiastic Montgomery Village residents who respect the progressive history of our community, and recognize that change is a necessary and important part of ensuring that we have a thriving community in the future.

What We Support

The core elements of Vision 2030, including:

Redevelopment the Village Center property to create a vibrant mixed-use town center.
The Monument Realty plan for redeveloping the golf course.
Redevelopment of the Professional Center property with an eye toward incorporating it into a mixed-use town center.
Development of new parkland and open spaces that incorporate items from MVF’s Long Range Facility plan—trails, community gardens and a dog park.

Why We Are Coming Together

To provide a voice for residents and homeowners who embrace the need for change in our community.
To garner support for the Montgomery Village Master Plan process and work cooperatively with all stakeholders and County government.
To educate residents about the benefits of new development in our community—helping to foster better retail options, increased property values, enhanced amenities and new assessment revenues to support our aging pools and community centers, etc.

Montgomery Village is geographically situated in a prime location for a renaissance. The Village need to keep pace with the newer communities growing further out 270 and 355.
